Payment Policy

1. Pricing & Subscriptions

EzWork offers free base accounts as well as paid Premium plans. The specific subscription packages (pricing, active users, and features) are listed clearly inside the Premium upgrade screen in the application. Pricing is transparent with no hidden transaction fees.

2. Payment Methods

We offer two primary secure methods for payment transactions:

A In-App Purchase

Processed securely by Google Play (for Android devices) or the Apple App Store (for iOS devices). Users can link credit/debit cards, local e-wallets (Momo, ZaloPay, ViettelPay), or carrier billing directly to their app store account to complete purchases.

B Direct Bank Transfer

For bulk licenses or custom enterprise agreements, clients can transfer directly to our corporate bank account. Details of transfer instructions and invoices will be provided during formal agreement setup.

3. Financial Transaction Security

We do not collect, process, or store any cardholder credentials or direct payment information on our servers. All store transactions are processed and protected under the PCI-DSS security compliance standards of Apple and Google. Direct bank transfers are authenticated through the secure interbank system of Vietnam.

4. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Subscription plans will automatically renew at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours prior to the cycle end. You can cancel or manage your subscriptions at any time via your Google Play or App Store account settings.
